We are running a test environment and are ready to implement MDOP MBAM on our Windows 8.1 and 7 notebooks.

formally we used McAfee Enpoint Encription (MEE). With this software we were able to display a "Warning message" with a startup screen from MEE? Is it possible to create a disclaimer message with Bitlocker too? 

I already digged into the policies from Bitlocker itself and the MDOP part. But there is no such option available? 

Is there a way to display a text like that in the Bitlocker startup screen.
